Hey Everyone! I just wanted to apologize for my lack of presence here recently. I am not being the best host of this group. I just got swamped with school and all of my online activities were practically halted. I am started to be able to balance it all a lot better now and next semester my courses will be much lighter so it should be good. I hope you have not all forgotten this great community that was just starting to grow well as the school year started and pulled me away from everything.

Some exciting news that maybe you guys have not heard of yet. They have come out with completely new Lensbaby technology and have renamed all of their lenses. I urge you greatly to go to check them out. This holiday season is a great time to buy yourself gifts as well! Or maybe you have a photographer friend that you think could benefit from or just GREATLY enjoy (as I'm sure all of you do) a Lensbaby lens. Maybe this is the time for you to start playing with the Creative Apertures! They are so interesting!

Speaking of the Holiday Season. I think it would be quite neat if we took photographs of our holidays with Lensbabies. I think the effect would lend itself quite nicely to the memorable opening of gifts, building snowmen, carving the turkey or ham, or whatever it is you may do during this holiday season. Most people never take risky holiday photographs because well... it's a risk. So they always get there normal 35mm lens and take picture with the flash on. So lets together make some memories with Lensbabies. Now I'm not saying take all of your photos with Lensbabies, but lets see what happens when we use the Lensbaby as a device for capturing our memories. And then of course submit them so everyone can see!
